About The Job You're Considering

The Copywriting Specialist is responsible for delivering high-impact, on-brand content that powers campaign execution across multiple channels. This role enables rapid iteration, personalization, and scalable content delivery within a MarTech ecosystem, ensuring both speed and creative excellence.

Your Role
  • Develop compelling copy for campaigns, customer journeys, and content variants aligned with brand guidelines, channel strategy, and target audience needs.
  • Support iterative campaign waves with copy designed for speed, scalability, reuse, and continuous test-and-learn optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Journey, Analytics, and Creative teams to refine messaging based on performance insights and data-driven learnings.
  • Structure and adapt content for deployment within Adobe Journey Optimizer and other personalization frameworks.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all touchpoints while enabling modular, dynamic content strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of content standards, tone-of-voice guidelines, and reusable copy libraries.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in copywriting within digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing environments.
  • Experience working in high-volume campaign environments with iterative or agile delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of personalization strategies, A/B testing methodologies, and data-informed content optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across creative, analytics, and MarTech teams.
  • Experience operating within enterprise brand guidelines and compliance frameworks.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $43,984 - $105,600

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
