FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting Rockingham Cooperative's products, services, and brand across all business divisions. This role develops marketing campaigns, manages advertising and social media, supports retail locations, and helps grow sales while strengthening relationships with members, customers, and the communities we serve.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that support the Cooperative's business goals.
  • Promote products and services for Agronomy, Retail Stores, Feed, and other business units.
  • Manage the Cooperative's website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and promotional items.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all locations.
  • Coordinate community events, sponsorships, trade shows, and customer appreciation events.
  • Work with managers to develop promotions and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, and other vendors.
  • Maintain the annual marketing budget.
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of marketing experience.
  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, and website management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Agricultural, retail, or cooperative experience preferred.

Salary Range $60,000-$90,000
