Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Sterile Processing Case Cart Technician!
As a Sterile Processing Case Cart Technician at MercyOne, you will perform daily inventory management duties related to the acquisitions and distribution ofgoods to support the perioperative services department. Duties include:
Management ofinventory as it relates to picking products and replenishing.
Responsible for pulling products forOR cases as assigned.
Know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate the Trinity HealthMission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
Pull OR supplies andinstruments to ensure case carts are accurate and deliver to the OR.
Distribute medical supplies and equipment to OR/Surgical areas, while monitoring case cart levels for specific products toassure that appropriate levels are established.
Identify excess inventory and returninginstruments.
Notify leader of gaps in the daily process.
Participate in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items.
Responsible for maintaining clean and orderlysterile locations, and labeling case carts.
Acts as liaison between clinical staff and supply chainmanagement as needed.
Other duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor.
Schedule:
- Night Shift: 40 hours per week
- 11pm-7:30 am
- Sunday-Thursday
- Some call and weekend rotations
General Requirements:
Previous perioperative service or inventory management experience preferred.
MicrosoftOffice Suite preferred.
Less than 1 year experience required.
Education:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
