Position Summary
The Finishing Technician is responsible for finishing activities in the production of in-vitro diagnostics test kits in a GMP-regulated environment, including filling, labeling, inspection, and maintaining compliance.

Essential Job Functions

  • Fill, cap, label products; perform visual inspections; operate filling equipment; assist troubleshooting; conduct line clearances.
  • Use POMSnet, Oracle, MasterControl, and Teams; maintain batch records and logs; generate and verify labels.
  • Follow SOPs and GMPs; report issues; maintain aseptic conditions; manage inventory and materials.
  • Maintain cleanrooms; ensure equipment safety; follow environmental, health, and safety policies.
  • Follows all company environmental, health and safety policies, procedures and guidelines, and conducts work in a safe manner.

Job Specifications

  • Must have strong attention to detail while working as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to perform visual inspections of product.
  • Willingness to work with human and animal serum.
  • Must be able to work in an aseptic filling area which includes gowning and working in the controlled areas for extended periods of time.
  • Experience with machinery and software a plus.

Education & Work Experience Required

  • High school diploma required, Life Sciences degree preferred but not required.


Location and Work Schedule
We are located in Malvern, PA. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Thursday (10 hour days and Friday off). Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends required.
