Job description

Bausch + Lomb (NYSE/TSX: BLCO) is a leading global eye health company dedicated to protecting and enhancing the gift of sight for millions of people around the world-from the moment of birth through every phase of life. Our mission is simple, yet powerful: helping you see better, to live better.
Our comprehensive portfolio of over 400 products is fully integrated and built to serve our customers across the full spectrum of their eye health needs throughout their lives. Our iconic brand is built on the deep trust and loyalty of our customers established over our 170-year history. We have a significant global research, development, manufacturing and commercial footprint of approximately 13,000 employees and a presence in approximately 100 countries, extending our reach to billions of potential customers across the globe. We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future.
We're looking for a world-class storyteller who can transform strategy into compelling content across every channel. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Content & Social leads our enterprise social media presence and serves as the Communications team's primary content creator - producing everything from executive videos and colleague stories to product launches, thought leadership and major company announcements.
The ideal candidate is equal parts journalist, producer, videographer, editor, social strategist and creative director. We need someone who brings fresh ideas, tests new formats, takes creative risks and constantly pushes us to tell stories in more modern, engaging and unexpected ways. Someone who's endlessly curious, always asking, "What's the story here?"
This role will partner closely with marketing and communications leaders across the company to ensure our enterprise voice is consistent while helping elevate the work of product brands and regional teams around the world.
Key responsibilities:
Enterprise Social Strategy
  • Own the company's global enterprise social media strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor performance, identify trends and continually optimize content based on analytics.
  • Develop campaigns that enhance reputation, attract talent and showcase innovation.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, AI tools and evolving best practices.

Content Creation
  • Leverage the power of visual storytelling to communicate our mission as a global eye health company, bringing our products, science, people and purpose to life.
  • Conceptualize, shoot and edit high-quality video for internal and external audiences.
  • Produce executive videos, event recaps, product launch content, employee features and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • Create graphics, short-form video, photography and multimedia content optimized for each platform.
  • Develop creative concepts that bring complex scientific and business topics to life.
  • Capture content at company events, manufacturing sites, customer meetings and conferences around the world.

Editorial & Storytelling
  • Identify stories worth telling across the business before anyone else does.
  • Translate technical, scientific and financial information into content people actually want to consume.
  • Develop content for Bausch.com and other owned channels that reinforces our reputation and tells the story of our company.
  • Partner with executives to build authentic thought leadership.
  • Maintain a steady cadence of compelling content that reflects the company's strategy and culture.

Enterprise Coordination
  • Serve as the hub for enterprise social media, partnering with product brands, regions and country teams.
  • Establish best practices, governance and content-sharing processes across the organization.
  • Help local teams amplify enterprise campaigns while preserving their own voice.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose content across multiple audiences and channels.

Innovation
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and improve creative quality.
  • Experiment with new formats, technologies and storytelling techniques.
  • Challenge the conventions of corporate communications by introducing new storytelling approaches, formats and technologies.

Qualifications / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, English, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years creating digital-first content for companies, media, agencies or news organizations.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling and editorial judgment.
  • Professional experience shooting and editing video.
  • Strong photography and visual storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.
  • Experience managing executive communications and thought leadership.
  • Experience with AI-powered creative and editing tools.
  • Ability to move seamlessly from strategy discussions to capturing content in the field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
