Join a remote-first international environment where you will shape content strategies and create high-quality materials focused on finance, legal, tax, compliance, and business topics. In this role, you will take ownership of the complete content lifecycle, from research and planning to creation, editing, and performance optimization. You will transform complex industry information into clear, engaging content that helps audiences better understand critical financial and regulatory topics. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced content professional who combines strong editorial skills with curiosity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Accountabilities
  • Own the full content creation process, including research, planning, writing, editing, publishing, and continuous improvement.
  • Create accurate, engaging, and accessible content covering finance, banking, tax, compliance, legal, and business-related topics.
  • Ensure all content meets quality standards, maintains a consistent brand voice, and reflects industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, SEO, sales, production, and design specialists.
  • Manage content calendars, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Review and optimize existing content by improving clarity, structure, accuracy, tone, and overall performance.
  • Develop new content ideas, formats, and campaigns aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and audience insights to continuously improve content strategy.
  • Stay informed about developments in finance, legal, regulatory, and industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and accurate.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Content Management, Content Writing, Copywriting, Editorial, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience creating and managing content related to finance, banking, tax, compliance, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong background in writing finance-focused content is essential.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial, legal, and technical concepts for a broad audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
  • Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of content initiatives, and drive projects forward.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position with flexibility to work from the Netherlands.
  • Opportunity to create impactful content within finance, legal, tax, and compliance domains.
  • International and diverse working environment with collaboration across global teams.
  • High level of ownership and independence in shaping content strategies.
  • Opportunity to work on challenging projects that combine creativity, research, and business impact.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a dynamic remote environment.
  • Flexible work structure with the ability to manage your own workflow and priorities.
