This consulting position offers a commission of $100,000–$250,000, plus bonus opportunities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A DESIGN CONSULTANT?

You start your day preparing for appointments, reviewing homeowner goals, and mapping out practical, beautiful bath solutions; by late morning, you're in the home-listening first, diagnosing the real problem behind the pain points, then presenting tailored options that fit the homeowner's routines, budget, and style; in the afternoon, you finalize decisions, complete contracts and paperwork accurately, and communicate next steps clearly and on time; throughout, you serve each homeowner with care and professionalism, turning frustration into confidence and a plan.


WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

You will work a full-time schedule of 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with the flexibility to meet homeowners during some evenings and weekends when that's best for them.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR DESIGN CONSULTANT?

  • Valid driver's license
  • A car for local travel
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed

Preferred: You have in-home sales experience and feel at home guiding decisions in a residential setting.
