Position Responsibilities

  • Formwork Mastery:Build, assemble, and install wooden or metal forms for foundations, walls, columns, and slabs; ensure forms are level, aligned, and secure.
  • Reinforcement:Measure, cut, and position rebar or wire mesh according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Precision Pouring:Assist in pouring concrete into forms, ensuring proper placement, compaction, and structural integrity.
  • Finishing:Smooth and level freshly poured concrete using hand and power tools; perform edge finishing, jointing, and curing processes.
  • Plan Interpretation:Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to mark and measure layouts with precision.
  • Safety & Teamwork:Adhere to all safety protocols (PPE) and communicate effectively with the crew to meet project goals.
