Job description

We’re looking for a supervisor to lead a crew of 2-4 in various construction activities. Our team is motivated and collaborative, and we seek candidates who share these qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and plan daily work for yourself and your crew.
  • Manage tools, materials, and equipment for projects.
  • Communicate effectively with the project manager and clients.
  • Maintain a professional and safe work environment for your crew and subcontractors.
  • Implement efficient methodologies to ensure high-quality project completion.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a foreman role.
  • At least 2 years of concrete experience.
  • Equipment operation skills (excavators/skid-steers).
  • Asphalt experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Health card and ability to drive a truck and trailer are mandatory.
  • OSHA 10, MCLP, or MCH certification is a plus.
