Repair Technician

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.

Key Qualifications
  • Ability to perform general repairs, including: 
    •  Drywall patching experience required
    •  Painting experience required
    •  Basic carpentry preferred
    •  Basic plumbing knowledge preferred (e.g., unclogging drains, replacing faucets)

  •  Follow assigned work orders and complete tasks accurately and efficiently 
  •  Assess, diagnose, and identify maintenance issues and repair

  • Background and Driving Record Check Required
