Position Overview: General Duties

We're seeking motivated individuals ready to contribute to various construction and sealant application tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Removal, installation, and replacement of caulking-interior and exterior, across industrial, commercia, and residential sites
  • Application and removal of liquid-applied and general coatings
  • Concrete surface refinishing and restoration
  • Installation of firestop systems
  • General construction tasks such as assembly, decommissioning, repair and replacement of materials (wood, metal, flooring, mortar, brick and block)
  • Performing general labour in support of construction operations


Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Physically able to lift and carry 20 lbs or more
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professionalism when interacting with coworkers and clients
