You will perform repetitive installation tasks on standardized trailer units, use basic hand and power tools, and follow training to become fully self-sufficient in assembling and building trailers according to specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Build modular trailers following established production processes and specifications.
  • Perform repetitive installation tasks on standardized trailer units, ensuring accuracy and consistency in each build.
  • Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete construction and carpentry tasks.

  • Maintain a steady work pace to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper use of PPE and tools.
  • Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of hazards to support a safe and efficient yard and warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve build quality and efficiency.
  • Adapt to working both indoors and outdoors, adjusting to changing weather conditions while maintaining productivity.
  • Participate in training to learn trailer assembly methods and progress toward working independently with minimal supervision.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
  • Experience in construction or general labor work in a production or yard environment.
