Optometrist – Full-Time – Tulsa, OK & Surrounding Areas Mobile Geriatric Eye Care (1099) | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | $180K+

A growing mobile eye care practice is seeking an Optometrist to provide comprehensive medical eye care services to residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities throughout the Tulsa region.

Scope of Practice

The incoming Optometrist will provide:

• Comprehensive eye examinations 
• Diabetic eye care 
• Glaucoma management 
• Macular degeneration care 
• Cataract evaluations 
• Dry eye treatment 
• Eye infection diagnosis and treatment 
• Eyeglass prescriptions 
• Follow-up medical visits 
• Geriatric vision care 

The patient population primarily consists of residents in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.

Advanced Mobile Technology

Practice with a fully equipped mobile diagnostic platform featuring:

• Retinal imaging 
• Portable slit lamps 
• Refractors and keratometers 
• Visual field testing 
• Corneal topography 
• Pachymetry 
• Ultrasound equipment 
• Electrodiagnostic testing 
• Ocular photography 
• BlephEx technology 
• Additional advanced diagnostic tools 

All equipment, scheduling, and operational support are provided.

Team Environment

You'll be supported by a dedicated team that handles:

• Scheduling and logistics 
• Insurance and billing coordination

This allows you to spend your time focused on patient care rather than practice management.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree 
• Oklahoma license or eligibility 
• New graduates and experienced ODs welcome 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Compassionate approach to patient care 
• Comfortable working independently and traveling throughout the assigned territory
