Bilingual Electrical Foreman – Data Center ProjectMarietta, GA

Day Shift & Night Shift Available

Performance Personnel Services is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on a large-scale Data Center / Mission Critical construction project in Marietta, GA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial electrical experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record managing crews on large commercial, industrial, or data center projects. This position requires hands-on leadership while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical crews on mission critical/data center construction projects
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily work activities to ensure project schedules are met
  • Build and install ladder cable tray systems
  • Supervise pulling and installation of large feeder cable, including MC 660 cable
  • Oversee installation of 3"–4" conduit systems
  • Oversee installation of 6" underground conduit and duct bank systems
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications
  • Ensure all installations meet NEC standards, project specifications, and quality requirements
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies
  • Coordinate with project management, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
  • Monitor productivity and maintain project progress reporting
  • Assist with troubleshooting, equipment installation, and field problem resolution
  • Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices on site

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of Foreman or Lead Electrician experience
  • Experience managing crews on large commercial, industrial, or mission critical projects
  • Strong experience with:
    • Ladder cable tray installation
    • MC 660 cable pulling and installation
    • 3"–4" conduit installation and bending
    • 6" underground conduit and duct bank installation
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
  • Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Data Center or Mission Critical construction experience
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • NFPA 70E Certification
  • Journeyman Electrician License
  • Experience with switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and critical power infrastructure
  • Experience with project scheduling, manpower planning, and production tracking

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work at heights, on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in active construction environments
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and shift schedules as required
