Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.

  • Monitor residents and report changes in condition.

  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.

  • Supervise and support nursing assistants.

  • Provide exceptional resident-centered care.

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications
  • LPN LICENSE IN THE STATE OF Maryland! or Compact license in good standing

  • Successful completion of LPN license program is a must!
