Job description

CONCRETE LABORER / BAG BUSTER | $19.00/HR | FULL-TIME


Local flooring company is looking for a dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborer/Bag Buster to join its growing team! This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is comfortable performing very physically demanding work and traveling to job sites throughout Oregon and parts of Washington.


Previous concrete or construction experience is preferred!


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Busting and emptying bags of concrete
  • Pulling and positioning heavy hoses
  • Consistently lifting and carrying materials weighing 50–80 pounds
  • Assisting with horizontal drilling and backhoe operations when needed
  • Performing general construction labor
  • Cleaning and organizing construction sites
  • Supporting the crew with additional duties to ensure projects are completed
  • Following all instructions and safety guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have your own reliable vehicle
  • Must be able to travel independently to different job sites throughout Oregon and parts of Washington
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50–80 pounds consistently throughout the shift
  • Must be comfortable performing very physically demanding work
  • Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
  • Must be willing to assist with different job duties as needed
  • Previous concrete or construction experience is preferred
