Machine Operators on all shifts
, located in
Austin, Texas. Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.

Ichor Production Team Shift Schedules
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 600am-230pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 230pm-1030pm
- Upcoming Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 600am-630pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned area
- Operate complex equipment and machines in a safe manner
- Fit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements
- Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications
- Identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity
- Maintain logs and other necessary documents
- Work with direct supervision
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices
- Ability to operate a variety of machines
- Basic understanding of related mechanics, flow control elements and MRP concepts
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Desired Education, Certifications and Experience
- 1-2+ years manufacturing or related work experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
