Home Helpers Home Care of Olney is looking to expand its Caregiver family. We are hiring kind, compassionate, and dedicated CNAs and GNAs that bring their passion to work. Home Helpers Home Care has been providing exceptional comprehensive home care services for over 25 years. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time General PRN Caregivers to serve clients throughout Howard and Montgomery County. Flexible weekdays and weekends shifts are available for caregivers who are passionate about providing quality care and companionship. Ideal candidates should have caregiving experience, a caring attitude, and a strong commitment to supporting clients in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications:

  • Will need current CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Current CNA license
  • Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
  • Must have current doctor's medical health clearance to work which includes a negative TB Test

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, and transfers)
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes
  • Assist with medication reminders
  • Engage the client in conversation and activities

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
