We've become known for our exceptional coffee, outstanding service, and passionate team.Position OverviewMercurys Coffee Production Team Members play a key role in supporting our growing retail and wholesale operations. This position works behind the scenes to help ensure our coffee, products, and supplies are prepared, packaged, and delivered with consistency and quality. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in attention to detail.What You'll DoAssist with coffee roasting support, packaging, labeling, and order preparation.Accurately portion, seal, and organize coffee products for retail and wholesale distribution.Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production and warehouse areas.Help receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO practices.Prepare and stage products for deliveries and store fulfillment.Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.Work closely with the production, warehouse, and operations teams to meet daily goals.Support additional production and warehouse tasks as assigned.What We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Previous warehouse, production, food manufacturing, or coffee experience is a plus, but not required.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAt least 18 years of ageAuthorized to work in the United StatesHave or ability to obtain a food handler's permit by time of hireMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyMust be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shiftAbility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededCore CompetenciesAttention to DetailOrganization SkillsTime ManagementReliabilityTeamworkCommunication SkillsAbility to MultitaskEqual Opportunity EmployerMercurys Coffee Co
