Job Summary
Estancia High School is seeking a qualified coach to oversee the Color Guard team.
A dedicated and trained coach would provide expert instruction that facilitates the learning and development of the Color Guard team. This coaching position focuses on guiding and supporting students in the development of technique, choreography, movement, and performance safety. This role requires consistent, high-quality instruction that aligns with VAPA standards and supports students' artistic and personal growth. This coach would provide a safe, welcoming, and structured environment for all students.
