FOX Sports is looking to add a Senior Associate Producer to help lead the next generation of social content creation across College Football and College Basketball. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, video editing, social strategy, and AI-powered content production.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled editor and creative thinker who thrives in live-event environments and fast-paced social coverage. They are passionate about identifying the moments fans care about most, leading live coverage of major sporting events, and transforming those moments into platform-native content that drives engagement across every screen. From editing high-impact videos to experimenting with AI-powered workflows, this role will help shape how FOX Sports creates and distributes content at scale.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating every day. The Senior Associate Producer will leverage audience insights, platform trends, and emerging technologies to create compelling content and maximize performance across FOX Sports platforms.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce College Football and College Basketball social content, including video editing, graphic production, story development, talent prep, and video shooting/directing
  • Create and edit short-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook, Threads, and emerging platforms
  • Identify, clip, package, and publish the most compelling moments from live games, studio shows, interviews, press conferences, and original productions in real time
  • Play a key role in live-event social coverage and operate effectively in fast-paced war room environments during games, breaking news, and major sporting events
  • Manage and execute a day-to-day social content calendar
  • Identify and implement AI-powered workflows that improve creative output, production speed, and content performance
  • Utilize audience insights, platform trends, and performance data to inform content decisions and strategy
  • Collaborate with production, programming, talent, marketing, sales, and digital teams to maximize the reach and impact of FOX Sports content

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years of experience in digital, social, or content creation
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, editing workflows, ideation, research, clipping, captioning, and production efficiency
  • Experience covering live events, breaking news, or major sporting events across social and digital platforms
  • Experience editing and publishing content in real time during live sporting events
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, audience behavior, and content best practices across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, and owned-and-operated platforms
  • Extensive knowledge of College Football, College Basketball, and the broader sports landscape
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects
  • Skilled in copywriting, content ideation, and social storytelling
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with talent, athletes, team personnel, event staff, and production partners
  • Demonstrated ability to create highly engaging short-form video content across major social platforms
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and make sound editorial and creative decisions in real time
  • Ability to work nights and weekends whenever sports are on the air

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-90,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
