You’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop team members, and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service and consistently great food and beverages.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Team
  • Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop baristas and shift leaders.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Step into leadership whenever the Store Manager is unavailable.
Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience
  • Create memorable experiences for every guest.

Drive Daily Operations

  • Help monitor sales and operational performance.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Jump in wherever needed—from making drinks to stocking inventory—to support the team during busy periods.
