MUST HAVE SIGN MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE 

A Router Machine Operator in a sign manufacturing company is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) router machines to cut, carve, and engrave various materials used in sign production. Here’s an overview of the role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operation: Operate CNC router machines to cut, shape, and engrave materials such as metal, wood, plastic, and acrylic for signs.
  • Setup and Calibration: Set up and calibrate router machines, ensuring precise dimensions and cuts according to design specifications.
  • Reading Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to understand the dimensions and design requirements of signs.
  • Material Preparation: Select and prepare appropriate materials for routing based on job orders.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and finish, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on router machines to ensure they operate efficiently and avoid downtime.
