Trillium Staffing is now seeking CNC Machinist for direct-hire in Wheeling, IL!

Relocation Assistance Available! Pay rate is $25 $32/hr + Shift Differentials and a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus.

We are a leading precision manufacturer seeking experienced Swiss CNC Operators to join our growing team. We specialize in high-complexity components where quality and precision are paramount.

Available Shifts:
-Night Shift | 5:30 pm - 5:00 am | 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) | 10% shift premium
-Weekend Day Shift | 6:00 am - 5:30 pm | 4 days per week (Friday- Monday) | 11% shift premium
-All shifts currently include a mandatory 5th day of overtime.
-Night/Weekend Premiums: 10% to 15% hourly increase.

Core Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain multiple CNC machines in a high-volume environment.
-Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment.
-Manage offsets and tool changes based on layouts.
-Interpret blueprints and maintain strict safety/production standards.
