We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Apparel Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will conceptualize and create original graphic artwork for clothing across multiple product categories and seasons. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fashion trends, textile printing techniques, and garment construction, and is passionate about translating cultural and market insights into compelling apparel graphics that resonate with our target consumers.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Design original graphics, prints, patterns, and artwork for apparel collections including t-shirts, hoodies, activewear, outerwear
  • Research and analyze seasonal fashion trends, color palettes, street culture, and competitor offerings to inform design direction
  • Develop detailed tech packs with accurate graphic placements, colorways, dimensions, and print specifications for production
  • Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand strategy and seasonal themes
  • Create mood boards, concept presentations, and design decks to communicate creative vision to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Prepare production-ready artwork files with correct color separations, repeat patterns, and print-method specifications (screen print, DTG, sublimation, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.)
  • Work closely with manufacturers and print vendors to ensure color accuracy, print quality, and design integrity from sample through bulk production
  • Manage multiple projects across concurrent seasons and product drops while meeting tight deadlines
  • Adapt and resize graphics across various garment types, silhouettes, and placement positions (front, back, sleeve, pocket, label, etc.)
  • Maintain and organize a digital library of artwork files, brand assets, colorways, and seasonal archives
  • Stay informed on emerging printing technologies, sustainable materials, and innovative surface design techniques

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A sharp eye for trend forecasting and the ability to translate cultural movements into commercially viable designs
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to give and receive constructive creative feedback
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail across specs, colorways, and file management
  • A passion for apparel, fashion, and the intersection of art and commerce
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities

Where You'll work and What's Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of professional experience designing graphics for an apparel brand, fashion label, or licensed apparel company
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; working knowledge of InDesign
  • Strong portfolio showcasing apparel-specific graphic work including all-over prints, placement graphics, typography, and pattern design
  • Thorough understanding of garment construction, print methods (screen, DTG, sublimation, embroidery), and fabric types
  • Ability to create tech packs and production-ready files with precise specifications
  • Excellent color sense and deep knowledge of color theory, Pantone matching, and color separation processes
  • Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills (traditional or digital)

Preferred:

  • Experience designing for streetwear, athleisure, or lifestyle apparel brands
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (such as Centric, Flex PLM) and 3D visualization tools (CLO 3D, Browzwear)
  • Knowledge of sustainable printing practices and eco-friendly material options
  • Understanding of licensing and intellectual property considerations in apparel graphics
  • Familiarity with Procreate, Figma, or other digital illustration and prototyping tools
