What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1ย ABA therapyย to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)ย 
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certifiedย Behavior Analyst (BCBA)ย 
  • Collect and record data on client progress during sessions ย 
  • Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions ย 
  • Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children ย 
  • Collaborate daily with your clinical team ย

Qualifications
  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain withinย 90 daysย - paid training provided)ย 
  • Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings requiredย (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)ย 
  • Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for childrenย 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamย 
  • Reliable transportationย ย 

This is an active, hands-on role.ย You'llย spend time on your feet, on the floor, and activelyย engagingย with children throughout the day. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50ย lbsย and responding quickly to movement as needed.ย
