WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE $13.00-$15.00 AN HOUR $100.00 PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS $300.00 REFERRAL BONUS Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is looking for motivated individuals to join our professional cleaning team to perform janitorial services in commercial buildings located in FORT WAYNE, IN. Responsibilities of Janitorial Cleaner: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and stairs Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning sinks, countertops in break rooms Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered Cleaning windowsills and vents Maintaining janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner Maintaining janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to work effectively independently or with a team Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willing to learn Requirements: Acceptable Criminal Background Check Acceptable drug screen Reliable transportation Routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds Quality Work, Responsive Service, and a Commitment to People.
