As the Youth Pastor at North Church in Spokane, Washington, you’ll become a key part of their team inspiring people to say yes to God as we join Jesus in His mission to make disciples. As a church of about 500 and growing, we have a long history of raising up and sending out leaders, planting churches, and caring holistically for our city.
You would join a team of other Next Generation pastors/directors and be the youth ministry champion to support the current and future needs of the church. This will include team building, leader development, program execution, and strategic planning.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Collaborating with the Next Gen Pastor around effective ministry strategy
  • Leading teams of volunteers and ensuring a healthy and vibrant culture
  • Serving with kids on Sundays, Jr. and Sr. high on Wednesday nights
  • Implementing the church’s core values, especially that of holistic disciple-making, into all of Next Generation ministries.
