About Our Family

We are a warm, active, and deeply connected family of five who genuinely enjoys spending time together. Our home is full of movementwork schedules, school activities, sports, social commitments, and family gatherings. While life can be fast-paced, we place a high value on creating a home that feels welcoming, supportive, and grounded. We believe home should be a place where everyone can exhale at the end of the day, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in helping create that feeling.

Both parents have demanding professional careers, and while we work hard to stay ahead of family logistics, there are often more moving pieces than hours in the day. We're not simply looking for someone to complete taskswe're seeking a true partner who anticipates needs, stays ahead of details, and helps create a sense of ease and organization behind the scenes.

We have strong support systems in place, including a cleaning service and nearby extended family, but we're missing a consistent, proactive presence to help bridge the gap between the big picture and the day-to-day details. Whether it's meal planning, coordinating errands, managing household projects, maintaining organization systems, or keeping life running smoothly, there is ample opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

We hope to find someone excited to grow alongside our family through the changing seasons of life. We envision this role becoming a trusted and valued part of our support systemsomeone empowered to make recommendations, improve systems, and take ownership of their responsibilities. In return, you'll join a family that values open communication, mutual respect, flexibility, and the important role you play in helping our household thrive.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are the kind of person who naturally notices the details others miss. You don't wait to be askedyou anticipate needs, identify solutions, and enjoy taking initiative. You find satisfaction in creating systems, organizing spaces, solving problems, and bringing order to busy environments. Rather than seeing a list of tasks, you see opportunities to make a family's life easier and more enjoyable.

You thrive in a role where no two days are exactly alike. One day may involve grocery shopping and meal preparation, while another focuses on scheduling, organizing projects, helping with after-school routines, or preparing the home for a busy week ahead. You enjoy variety, think several steps ahead, and can shift priorities when needed without losing sight of the bigger picture.

You're warm, approachable, and naturally connect with children while maintaining appropriate boundaries and structure. You're equally comfortable interacting with parents, extended family members, vendors, and service providers. Organization comes naturally to you, and you take pride not only in creating systems but in maintaining them. You're comfortable using shared calendars, digital lists, and household management tools to stay ahead of responsibilities and proactively prepare for what's next.

Most importantly, you take genuine pride in your work. You are dependable, resourceful, and trustworthy, and you find fulfillment in knowing that your efforts allow a family to spend less time managing logistics and more time enjoying life together. You don't simply work in a homeyou help it function at its very best.
