 Grand Rapids, MI

 1st Shift – 6:30am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday (overtime as needed)
Job Summary
 We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will assist with order selection, loading, material handling, and general warehouse duties. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, safety, and a fast-paced work environment. This client offers hire-in opportunities for strong performers.
Responsibilities
  • Select customer orders from shelves, place items onto pallets, and load onto trailers
     
  • Safely retrieve and stack product using appropriate equipment
     
  • Operate an on-board computer and wireless RF system
     
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
     
  • Assist warehouse team members with tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager or supervisor
     
  • Support general warehousing tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping
     
Key Qualifications
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (occasionally 60–75 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation
