Job description

ALUMINUM CASTING PRESS OPERATOR—2nd SHIFT

Join our team as an Aluminum Casting Press Operator, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality die-cast components using advanced high-pressure casting equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate high-pressure aluminum casting presses to meet production and quality targets
  • Monitor castings and identify defects or irregularities
  • Troubleshoot die issues and communicate concerns to leadership
  • Perform minor die repairs and assist with die and sleeve changes
  • Follow standardized work instructions and shop floor processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (7-S standards)
  • Collaborate with team members and support continuous production flow

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing experience preferred (casting, metal forming, or automotive environment a plus)
  • Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced production setting
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards

Safety & Training
