Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Cruiser's Corner Car Wash! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their Car Washing needs.  Part time to start. Additional hours will be given based upon performance and attendance. Evenings, mid-day and weekends shifts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation. Ideal candidate is someone who is patient and kind with customers and takes attendance and punctuality seriously, takes their personal appearance seriously, and someone who takes pride in doing their job to the best of their ability.  If you are an outgoing person who can talk to people effortlessly then this is a great spot for you. We place a strong emphasis on membership sales and have an industry leading bonus and commission program. Wage determined by experience, appearance, attendance and performance.


Responsibilities 
  • Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Work at a register to ring up customer sales.
  • Collect payments by cash and credit card
  • Issue receipts and refunds to customers
  • Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
  • Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
  • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
