Position: RN Case Management Manager
Shift: Days – 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Weekends: None
Contract: 12 weeks
Location: Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Case Management Department.
  • Supervise 18 full-time inpatient Case Managers and 5 PRN weekend Case Managers.
  • Report directly to the Director of Case Management.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the case management team.
  • Ensure compliance with case management and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee department workflow and daily operations.
  • Support quality and efficient patient care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active RN license required.
  • At least 1 year of leadership/management experience required.
  • Strong/deep understanding of Case Management required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements required.
  • ACM (Accredited Case Manager) OR CCM (Certified Case Manager) required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Inpatient Case Management experience strongly preferred.
