  • Provide prompt and courteous pick-up and drop-off service while maintaining professional and polished guest interactions.
  • Open vehicle doors, assist guests entering and exiting vehicles, and provide luggage assistance when needed.

  • Anticipate guest needs and create personalized moments that elevate the luxury guest experience.
  • Communicate effectively with Front Office, Bell, Valet, Concierge, and other operational departments regarding transportation requests and guest needs.
  • Maintain awareness of guest preferences, VIP arrivals, special occasions, and operational updates.
  • Support arrival and departure experience efforts during high-volume periods as needed.

Vehicle Operations & Safety

  • Operate resort vehicles in a safe, professional, and defensive manner at all times.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, fuel levels, maintenance readiness, and overall presentation standards are met.
  • Immediately report any vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, accidents, or safety issues to leadership.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle interiors and exteriors at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, resort driving policies, and safety procedures.
  • Assist with charging, fueling, staging, and preparing vehicles for daily operations.

Bell & Front Office Support

  • Assist with luggage handling and guest assistance when operationally needed.
  • Support Bell and Front Office teams with guest requests, package deliveries, and resort transportation logistics.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the porte cochere, lobby arrival areas, and transportation staging locations.

  • Previous luxury hospitality, transportation, bell, valet, or guest service experience preferred.
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record required.
  • Class B license with a passenger transport endorsement.
  • Comfortable operating larger SUVs, vans, or luxury vehicles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of Napa Valley, local wineries, restaurants, and attractions preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and communication.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and highly organized.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to load and unload guest luggage safely and efficiently.
