6 Month Contract - NO PROCEDURES - Clinic + Phone Call ONLY
Start Date: February 2
Credentialing: 30 days - can emergency credential
$3K/Day + $250 call $2K flat weekend call (phone calls only)

Work Schedule: Clinic: 8a-4.30p
Call (phone): 4.30p-8a
Weekend Call - phone calls only
Patient Volume: 48 in the past 12 months
Procedures: No surgeries or procedures required.
EMR: EPIC/Dragon
License: MI, IMLC, Will wait for license!
Relevant Exp/Skill Set Needed: 1 year of experience minimum
Additional Information: 1 APP, Recruiting for a 2nd APP underway
Locums will not supervise APPs
