Job description

Call Center Agent (CSR) — 15 Openings

Location: Remote (must be local to Mesa, AZ) — Training Onsite, then Remote
Schedule (post-training, EST): Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat 9am–5:30pm

Join our client's Call Center team supporting shareholders, brokers, and institutional clients! Great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills looking to grow in the financial services space.

Job Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls from shareholders and prospective shareholders with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensure account verification procedures are followed
  • Respond to account/procedural inquiries — balances, closing prices, portfolio performance, quotes
  • Actively listen, probe for needs, and resolve client issues
  • Maintain shareholder accounts on internal systems
  • Escalate issues when necessary and keep management informed of client feedback
  • Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
  • Complete ongoing training to stay current on financial markets and instruments

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Strong keyboard/typing skills (formal training a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
