Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CAD Engineering Designer to support Factory Engineering initiatives by providing high-quality drafting and preliminary design work. This role focuses on architectural, mechanical, and electrical design disciplines, utilizing AutoCAD 2025, Autodesk Inventor, and related design tools.

The ideal candidate will contribute to factory projects by creating detailed industrial drawings, assisting in capital investment proposals, and supporting engineering teams throughout conceptual and design phases. This position also involves maintaining engineering drawing standards, supporting documentation, and executing small improvement projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and update engineering drawings (2D & 3D).

Support layouts, flow diagrams, and equipment designs.

Use AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor for drafting.

Maintain drawing standards and documentation.

Help with small projects and factory improvements.

Archive and manage engineering files.

Support engineers and teams with design work.

Required Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Professional certification in CAD drafting or industrial design preferred.

4–6 years of experience in industrial design or drafting.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is required.

Experience with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD Factory Design Suite is a plus.

Experience working in a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) environment preferred.
