**$1,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS FOR EXPERIENCE***

Next Solutions is an in-home services company. We contract work from many of today’s top TV and internet service providers and specialize in creating the ultimate in-home experience for customers. We are seeking to immediately hire drop-bury cable technicians.

Experienced operators of Ditch Witch 410 and THE MISSILE equipment strongly encouraged to apply.

KEY JOB DUTIES:

  • Bury service lines minimum 6" to 24" depth with hand trenching when required and with drop plows and boring capabilities.
  • Read and understand existing underground facility locates.
  • Identify and locate unmarked utilities.
  • Using basic hand tools, compression tools and stripping tools (all tools provided)
  • Restore job site to the original condition.
  • Review all requested and existing services with the customer before installation of new lines
  • Quality inspections of work

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Fiber experience a plus, but not required.
  • Experience working outdoors
  • Must pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. On a consistent basis
  • Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
