Their primary role involves producing precise plans for custom cabinets, closets, kitchens, or other woodwork based on client specifications and project requirements. These drafters are skilled in CAD tools and often collaborate with designers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure the designs are accurate and production-ready. Working on weekends allows for flexibility and helps companies meet tight deadlines or increased workloads.
