We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in coordinating project activities and tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain project schedules and update progress reports regularly.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
  • Track project budgets and assist in financial reporting and expense tracking.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them to the project manager promptly.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
