Job description

About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively to deliver high-quality project outcomes. The Project Manager will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders. They will also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout the project life cycle. Ultimately, the Project Manager will drive project success by fostering collaboration, maintaining clear communication, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects using project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
