Salary: $27.45 - $33.15 per hour (plus possible additional hours for extra trips)
             Non Licensed Driver:  $1,000
             Licensed Driver:          $2,000
             Referral Bonus            $1,000
             Additional Bonuses available (Attendance, Safety, Longevity)
             30 - 40 hours per week

Bus Driver
Duties:
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers on board
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with boarding and disembarking
- Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and school staff
- Manage passenger behavior and enforce rules to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Complete required paperwork, such as daily logs and incident reports







Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience working with children or in a childcare setting preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to educate and interact positively with children of various ages
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is desirable
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
