CCSD Transportation Department
DEFINITION: Performs work in the operation of a school bus and/or passenger vehicle by ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students and/or assigned personnel along predetermined, schedule routes and/or special events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: One (1) year experience in driving a school bus and other passenger vehicle is desired.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Possession of an appropriate and valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Training provided to receive your CDL.
SALARY/SCHEDULE/BENEFITS: Range 28-Step A $19.66 through Range 24-Step K $23.61 based
upon experience. Schedule: 166 days a year plus (5) paid holidays and twenty-five (25) hours a week.
Benefits include: Health Benefits, Sick Leave, and Personal Leave.
