Job Purpose:
The Breakfast Attendant sets the stage for the guest's day, ensuring each morning starts with a welcoming, satisfying experience. From preparing fresh breakfast displays to maintaining a clean and inviting space, this role embodies Main Street Hospitality's approach to thoughtful service and attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, set up, and replenish breakfast stations according to brand and presentation standards.

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with any questions or special requests.

  • Maintain cleanliness and appeal of breakfast area throughout service.

  • Monitor food and beverage levels, ensuring fresh and appealing offerings.

  • Manage opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve minor service issues.

  • Maintain inventory and communicate supply needs to management.

  • Support the kitchen team with light prep tasks as needed.
