Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail. We are a busy fast paced breakfast and lunch restaurant.  
Responsibilities: 
  • Take food and beverage orders from customers and use handheld devices to enter orders into the POS system.
  • Answer questions about the menu, specials and food preparation
  • Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff via the handheld device
  • Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
  • Provide customers with their checks timely at the end of the meal and process payment at the table using handheld devices
  • Clear and clean tables and focus on quick turn over

Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience as a server is required
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
