Breakfast Cook

One Lincoln Park in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a part-time Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in providing service to our residents. In addition to preparing breakfast food items in our restaurant-style kitchen, responsibilities include following safety and quality procedures, maintaining a clean working environment, and working collaboratively with other team members.

This culinary position earns a competitive wage of $16.00 per hour. We provide excellent benefits and perks, including bonuses, a 401(k) with a company match, a holiday party, paid orientation, and employee appreciation activities. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BREAKFAST COOK

As a Breakfast Cook, you work in our restaurant-style kitchen, preparing meals for our residents based on our menu options. You cook a range of breakfast items meeting our quality standards. As you prepare for service, you accommodate special menu needs and a la carte requests, meeting our residents' dietary requirements with acute attention to detail. Exercising your culinary creativity, you help us develop and implement menus. You always prioritize safety and quality, maintaining sanitation standards and keeping your station clean.

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, and you know how to plan ahead and stay on top of your tasks. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from demonstrating your cooking experience while serving excellent food to our residents!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BREAKFAST COOK

  • 1+ years of restaurant cooking experience 
  • Ability to routinely lift over 50lbs

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BREAKFAST COOK

This part-time position works Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 11:00am. Occasional Saturdays required, will be off on Sundays.
