Responsibilities and Duties
  • Prep, set up, and work the breakfast grill station (including eggs, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, etc.)
  • Maintain high standards for product presentation, portioning, quality, and cook times
  • Practice safe and sanitary food handling following state health regulations
  • Slice, chop, and prepare breakfast ingredients (meats, cheeses, vegetables)
  • Keep food inventories stocked and organized in your station, the walk-in, and freezer
  • Communicate clearly with servers and cashiers to fulfill guest orders accurately and quickly
  • Keep your workstation clean and sanitized throughout the shift
  • Properly clean, sanitize, and shut down equipment at the end of the breakfast shift
  • Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning tasks
  • Support additional kitchen tasks as directed by management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability to lift and place items on high and low shelves
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (entire breakfast shift)
  • Comfortable using knives, slicers, and food prep tools
  • Able to carry up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of wiping, sweeping, and maintaining a clean station area
