About the Role
Breakfast Attendants set the tone for the day. You'll create a welcoming, well-organized, and delicious breakfast experience that helps guests start their morning feeling cared for and energized.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting guests warmly and creating a friendly breakfast atmosphere
  • Preparing, cooking, and replenishing hot and cold breakfast items according to brand standards
  • Setting up the breakfast area prior to service and ensuring attractive presentation
  • Maintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Monitoring food levels and communicating inventory needs
  • Keeping the breakfast and kitchen areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Breaking down and resetting the breakfast area after service
  • Safely operating and cleaning kitchen equipment

What We're Looking For
  • Availability for early morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00-6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays
  • A friendly, service-oriented attitude and enjoyment in interacting with guests
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 25lbs throughout the shift
  • Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and organization
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality, essential for timely breakfast service
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with hotel team members
