Full Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage financial recordkeeping for a small corporation and restaurant operation, accounting degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping functions

Record and categorize daily financial transactions

Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and General Ledger (GL) accounts

Perform and process weekly payroll

Prepare and process journal entries as needed

Generate financial statements when required

Maintain organized financial documentation and records

Work closely with management to ensure accurate financial reporting

Other duties as needed



Requirements

Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business and/or restaurant environment

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience processing payroll and managing payroll-related records

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
