MILKLAB is looking for a reliable Closing Team Member to support evening operations, help the team during busy rushes, and make sure the store closes smoothly each night. This role is a great fit for someone who is hands on, dependable, works well under pressure, and takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running efficiently.


What you’ll do
• Support drink making, customer service, cleaning, stocking, and overall store flow
• Help keep the front and back of house clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Complete closing tasks thoroughly and to standard
• Assist with end of night cleaning and store reset for the next day
• Work with the team to keep service smooth and efficient during rushes
• Step in where needed and maintain a strong sense of urgency throughout the shift
